Smoothie Recipes

I mentioned I owned a Vitamix Blender and over the past 3 years I’ve come to master a few smoothies I’ll share a few with you:

Reese Cup Blast
1 cup vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 med frozen banana

Place everything in the blender in the order listed. Turn blender on quickly turn speed to 10, then switch on high.
Blend for 1 min or until constant swirl in center. Enjoy! Makes 1 serving.

Blueberry Goodness

1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen med banana
1/4 cup pre-soaked raw walnut or raw cashews

Place everything in the blender in the order listed. Turn blender on quickly turn speed to 10, then switch on high.
Blend for 1 min or until constant swirl in center.If it’s too thick and more almond milk until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
